Service Delivery: The service provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver the services within the agreed timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances or technical issues may cause delays, and the service provider shall not be held liable for such delays.

Customer Responsibilities: The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the service delivery. The customer is responsible for backing up their data and ensuring the security of their confidential information before availing the services.

Warranty and Liability: The service provider will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. However, they do not guarantee the complete resolution of all issues or the prevention of future problems. The service provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided.

Data Protection: The service provider will take necessary precautions to protect the customer's data during the service delivery. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the backup and security of their data.

Confidentiality: Both the service provider and the customer agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the service delivery. They shall not disclose or use such information for any unauthorized purposes.

Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or any other valid reason. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any unused services or fees.

Modification of Terms: The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be communicated to the customer, and continued use of the services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located.
